Begin Your Saint Lucia IBC Service Request
Start with a guided screening inquiry so Ascension Corporate Services Inc. can review your proposed company formation or corporate-service request and determine the appropriate next step before any full intake or document submission begins.
This Page Is for Service Screening
Use this page when you are ready for ACS to review a possible service request. This is different from a general inquiry. The screening process helps ACS understand the requested service, proposed company activity, ownership or control information, timing, and whether additional review may be required.
- New Saint Lucia IBC formation requests.
- Registered agent or registered office coordination.
- Corporate documents, renewals, amendments, or compliance support.
- Banking-introduction preparation or banking-review support.
Ask a Question First
If you have a general question before starting a service request, use the general inquiry form or review the FAQ page before completing the screening process.
Information Reviewed During Screening
The screening step helps ACS understand the proposed matter before determining whether the request may proceed to full intake, due diligence review, engagement documentation, and secure portal submission.
Requested Service
ACS reviews the type of service requested, such as formation, registered agent coordination, documents, renewals, amendments, compliance support, or banking-introduction preparation.
Business Activity
ACS reviews the proposed or existing company activity to understand the nature of the business and whether the matter may require additional review.
Ownership Overview
ACS may request basic information about the individuals or entities expected to own, control, direct, or benefit from the company or service request.
Banking Needs
If banking-introduction support is requested, ACS reviews basic banking objectives and document-readiness needs before any banking-related coordination begins.
Timing and Urgency
ACS reviews any deadline, renewal date, filing need, document request, or timing concern so the appropriate next step can be identified.
Next-Step Suitability
ACS reviews whether the matter should proceed to full intake, require clarification, be declined, or be referred for separate professional advice where appropriate.
Full Intake Comes After Initial Screening
The Start Your Company form is only the first screening step. If the matter appears suitable to proceed, ACS may invite the client to complete full intake and due diligence through a secure client portal.
Why the Portal Is Used
Sensitive information should not be collected through ordinary general inquiry communication. The portal helps organize detailed intake, supporting documents, ownership information, and due diligence materials in a more controlled process.
Information That May Be Requested Later
- Director, shareholder, and beneficial owner information.
- Identification, proof of address, and supporting due diligence documents.
- Business activity, countries involved, and source-of-funds information.
- Registered agent, engagement, authorization, or service-specific documents.
From Screening to Service Coordination
This process is designed to help ACS review the request first, protect sensitive information, and clearly separate general inquiries from service requests.
Submit the Screening Form
Provide basic information about the service requested, proposed company activity, ownership or control overview, countries involved, banking needs, and timing.
ACS Reviews the Request
ACS reviews the screening information to determine whether the matter appears suitable to proceed, whether more information is needed, or whether the request should not move forward.
Secure Portal Invitation May Be Provided
If the matter appears suitable to proceed, ACS may invite the client to complete full intake and due diligence through a secure portal.
Full Intake and Due Diligence Review
The client may be asked to provide detailed information and supporting documents for directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, business activity, source of funds, and other required review areas.
Engagement and Registered Agent Documentation
Where applicable, ACS may provide engagement documentation, authorization documents, registered agent appointment materials, and service-specific instructions.
Fees, Payment, and Service Coordination
After required information, documents, approvals, and fees are in place, ACS may coordinate the requested formation or corporate service and provide next-step updates.
Submit a Service Screening Request
Complete the screening form with basic information about the requested service. Please do not upload sensitive identification, banking, ownership, or due diligence documents unless ACS has provided secure intake instructions.
Use the screening form when you are ready to submit basic service information for ACS review.
