Is the government filing fee included?

Yes. The government merger or consolidation filing fee is included in the package.

What documents will I receive?

The standard corporate documents for the company resulting from the merger or consolidation. ACS also updates its corporate records.

Can a company from outside Saint Lucia take part?

It depends on the structure and the companies involved. A merger or consolidation that includes a company incorporated outside Saint Lucia is subject to conditions that must be checked for each case. Tell us about the companies involved and ACS will review whether your structure can proceed.

How long does a merger or consolidation take?

Processing times vary depending on the companies involved, the required documents, corporate approvals and the Saint Lucia IBC Registry’s processing time. ACS will give you an estimated timeline after reviewing your request.

Can I add certified copies or an apostille?

Yes. Certificates, certified copies, apostille or legalization and other services can be added to the package.

Accounting & Tax Assistance

ACS can connect clients with qualified accounting professionals for bookkeeping, financial statements, tax preparation, audit services and related accounting requirements.

These services are provided independently by the accounting professionals and are subject to their respective terms and fees.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST

What to Expect

You see your complete fee schedule and pay when you submit your application. ACS's compliance review takes place after payment. Submitting and paying does not by itself create a client engagement: work begins once ACS accepts the request and the engagement documents are in place.

ACS does not guarantee that a registry, government authority, bank or other third party will accept, approve or complete a request. Those decisions are theirs.

If a request is declined, refunds are handled under ACS's refund policy.

ACS provides legal letters, legal opinions and related legal services directly.
