WHY COMBINE YOUR COMPANIES?
One Company Instead of Several
If you run more than one company, combining them can make your structure simpler to manage.
Fewer annual renewals
Fewer companies remain after the filing, so there are fewer annual renewals and annual government fees to manage each year.
One set of records
Corporate records are kept for the resulting company instead of for several separate companies.
A clearer structure
A simpler structure is easier to explain to banks, partners and advisers.

What to Expect
You see your complete fee schedule and pay when you submit your application. ACS's compliance review takes place after payment. Submitting and paying does not by itself create a client engagement: work begins once ACS accepts the request and the engagement documents are in place.
ACS does not guarantee that a registry, government authority, bank or other third party will accept, approve or complete a request. Those decisions are theirs.
If a request is declined, refunds are handled under ACS's refund policy.
ACS provides legal letters, legal opinions and related legal services directly.
