Amendments
What it is
Formal changes to the company after it has been formed, such as a change of company name, changes to the Memorandum and Articles, or changes to the share structure. ACS prepares the documents and makes the required filings. Government filing fees may apply.
When you need it
When the company's name, purpose, structure or constitutional documents need to change.

Appointment of Secretary
What it is
Appointing an individual or a company as company secretary. ACS prepares the appointment documents and updates the company's records.
When you need it
When the company chooses to appoint a secretary to help manage its corporate records and formalities, or a bank or partner asks for one.

- Whether the secretary is an individual or a company
- Full legal name and address of the proposed secretary
- Preferred effective date, if known

TAN ID Assistance
What it is
Help obtaining the company's Saint Lucia Tax Account Number (TAN), the tax identification number issued by the Inland Revenue Department.
When you need it
Banks commonly ask for the TAN when opening an account and for tax-reporting forms, and it is needed for the company's dealings with the tax authority.
Note: TAN ID Assistance helps you obtain the number. It does not include tax filings or tax advice. ACS can connect you with qualified accounting professionals, who provide tax services independently.
What we'll ask you for
- Whether the company already has a TAN, and the number if so
- Company documents and director information requested by the Inland Revenue Department

BUSINESS PREMISES
Office / Lease Agreement Service
What it is
A written office or lease agreement in the company's name, for when a bank, authority or business partner asks for evidence of business premises. This is separate from the registered office address included in every package.
When you need it
When the company needs documented premises, for example to support a bank application or a licence application.
Note: The agreement reflects the actual arrangement agreed with ACS.

Address Verification / Utility Documentation
What it is
Documents confirming the company's address, such as an address confirmation letter or utility-type documentation, when proof of address is requested.
When you need it
Banks, payment providers and other service providers often require proof of the company's address before onboarding it.
Note: ACS issues address documents that accurately reflect your company's actual address arrangements.

REQUEST ADDRESS VERIFICATIONHOW IT WORKS
From Request to Completed Change
- Select Company Changes & Administration and the service you need.
- Log in or register to open your secure ACS client portal.
- Complete the ACS Onboarding/KYC Application with company, director, shareholder and beneficial owner information, and upload your documents.
- Review your fees. Your complete fee schedule will be displayed before you submit your application and make payment.
- Submit and pay. Payment is made when you submit your application, before ACS’s compliance review.
- Compliance review. ACS completes the required KYC/AML review and decides whether the engagement can be accepted.
- Engagement. If accepted, the engagement documents are completed.
- Processing. ACS prepares the documents, makes any required filings and updates its corporate records, or issues the supporting document you requested.

Questions About Changes
Are government fees included in an amendment?
Government filing fees may apply to amendments. They will show in your complete fee schedule before you pay.
Does TAN ID Assistance include filing my company's taxes?
No. It helps you obtain the Tax Account Number only. ACS can connect you with qualified accounting professionals, who provide tax services independently.
Is an office or lease agreement the same as my registered office?
No. The registered office is your company's official address for legal notices, included in every package. An office or lease agreement is a separate document for when someone asks for evidence of business premises.
What address documents can ACS provide?
Documents that accurately reflect your company's actual address arrangements, such as an address confirmation letter.
Will a bank accept my address documents?
Each bank decides what evidence it accepts. Tell us who has asked and what they asked for, so we can provide the right document.
Accounting & Tax Assistance
ACS can connect clients with qualified accounting professionals for bookkeeping, financial statements, tax preparation, audit services and related accounting requirements.
These services are provided independently by the accounting professionals and are subject to their respective terms and fees.

What to Expect
You see your complete fee schedule and pay when you submit your application. ACS's compliance review takes place after payment. Submitting and paying does not by itself create a client engagement: work begins once ACS accepts the request and the engagement documents are in place.
ACS does not guarantee that a registry, government authority, bank or other third party will accept, approve or complete a request. Those decisions are theirs.
If a request is declined, refunds are handled under ACS's refund policy.
ACS provides legal letters, legal opinions and related legal services directly.
